Phlebotomy

Phlebotomy is a medical procedure essential for collecting blood samples from patients. Typically conducted by a trained professional known as a phlebotomist, this procedure involves puncturing a vein, often in the arm, with a sterile needle and collecting a sample of blood. Phlebotomy is often used in the diagnostic testing of medical conditions, blood donations, and therapeutic interventions. There are Labcorp or Quest labs located in our offices for our patient’s convenience.
